FLCL: Nothing Amazing

Drew this in the library while I was supposed to be doing some productive. This kid was waiting for something and his pose was perfect. So I was being a creep and drew his pose, and then turned it into Naota xD

When you're in a town like this,
all covered with smoke,
you forget that there's a world outside.

Nothing amazing happens here.

And you get used to that,
used to a world where everything is ordinary.
Everyday we spend here
is like a whole lifetime of dying slowly.

But now Haruko is here.
That's how I know there really is a world outside.

Drawn with pencil, then gone over with ballpoint pen. Slightly edited in Photoshop...my japanese notes were on this page xD
