Styling Steampunk

A magazine spread I've been working on for my Independent Study. I decided to do a spread on Steampunk since I've always been interested in the topic, but never found enough guts to attempt putting together a steampunk outfit.

It's kinda hard to read, but the article is basically about how to achieve the steampunk style, and gives tips if you're having problems. I'm not really sure how it happened, but I managed to put together the outfit in about 2 weeks. It was hectic!

The title page was letterpressed by me! I went to Dock 2 Letterpress, and local letterpress in my area, and spent the entire day putting the title together. Letterpress has been another one of my interests, so it only seemed fitting to do the title the traditional way considering the topic is steampunk. I wanted the old-time feel to be as authentic as possible~
